Displays the current contents of the Reopen list.
It allows you to:
Delete specific databases from the Reopen list.
Delete databases that no longer exist from the Reopen list.
Indicate favorite databases by clicking on the heart on the right.
A red heart is a favorite. A gray heart is not a favorite.
Favorite databases are displayed in the Open Favorite menu.
