Naturally, you’ll also want to start collecting your own games. Adding your own games directly to the database MEGA2020 is not recommended. We advise you to save your games in a separate database. We have to create a new database.
From the Game Window choose File >New. In the New dialog box type the name of the new database, for example mygames, and select Open to create the database. You return to the Game Window.
Now you can start entering moves and annotations. When you are ready you save the game.
Then choose Edit > New Game to st art a new game. Or choose Edit > Setup Position to start a new game with a setup position.
